To access Help Desk, you must log in at here using your registered email address and password. Once inside, you must select the Academic support portal.

To register a case, you must log in to the Help Desk with your username and password. Afterward, you must select the Academic support portal and click on "Create Request" ("Crear Solicitud").

It is necessary to indicate the type of request (whether it is help or an error) and complete the required data: subject, description, category, and URL. Finally, the request must be saved.

To effectively register a case in the Help Desk, you must include a concise subject (e.g., "Issue with student X enrollment") and a description of the incident with as much detail as possible.

This description should include videos, images, or screenshots, and supporting data such as the name of the affected party, the subject, and the group.

Additionally, it is necessary to indicate the category or module where the problem occurs (e.g., "School Control Module") and provide the institution's platform URL. Providing exhaustive information allows for a complete understanding of the situation and offers the most effective assistance.

To ensure fast and efficient assistance when contacting phone support, have the following ready: your support ID, a precise summary of the problem (the main topic), the complete description of the incident, which includes the exact steps to reproduce it and any error code.

Specify the affected section or module, provide the data of the affected users (such as student enrollment number or administrative staff name), and lastly, the Institution's URL you use to access. 

You can request the ID by creating a ticket in the Help Desk or by directly contacting the CSM (Customer Success Manager) assigned to your account, who will channel you to the corresponding area.

If the user is a Student, Parent, or Relative: To activate the account, the user must go to their institution's URL, select the option "Activate my account," and choose their role (Student, Parent, or Relative).

Next, they must enter the Campus (Plantel) and Enrollment ID (Matrícula) (or that of their child) to view their email address, define a secure password, click "Activate," and finally, press "Continue" to log in. If the user is a Teacher or Administrative Staff: The institution assigns the activated account directly to them.

• Recovery for Student, Parent, or Relative

  You must access the institution's URL, click on "I forgot my password" (“Olvidé mi contraseña”) and select your role. You must then enter the Campus (Plantel) and Enrollment ID (Matrícula) (or that of your child). The process concludes by confirming the displayed email address to receive instructions and reset the password.

• Recovery for Teacher or Administrative Staff

  You must access the institutional URL, select "I forgot my password" (“Olvidé mi contraseña”), and choose the "administrative or teacher" option. Next, you must provide the Campus (Plantel) and your current email address, click "recover," and confirm the email address to receive the resetting steps.

The procedure is the same for all roles (Student, Parent, Relative, Teacher, or Administrative Staff).

If the user is missing any essential data to access their account (such as their registered email address or enrollment ID), they must contact their institution directly.

The institution is the only party authorized to verify their identity and provide or confirm the access data.

To solve mobile application access problems (valid for students, parents, relatives, or teachers), the user must verify that their account has been previously activated on the institution's web panel.

Once activated, it is recommended to wait 30 minutes and then try to access using their email or enrollment ID (Matrícula) along with the password they defined.

If the password has been forgotten, they can use the "I forgot my password" option available within the application itself.
